Pickup is available during our normal in-person business hours, Saturdays, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (preferred), or by special appointment with our nursery staff.

All orders not picked up within seven business days of the customer being sent confirmation that the order is ready will be automatically returned, with the purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee refunded.
